Who is responsible
MEDIA MORGAN LIMITED, company number 15039482, of 66 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NA, publishes Bright Journal Desk and is responsible for the personal data described in this notice.
What we collect
This site has no sign-up form, no account area, no comment box and no newsletter, so we do not ask you for your name, email address, phone number or payment details. We do not run analytics, advertising or tracking scripts on these pages.
If you write to us by post, we will use what you send to read and answer your letter and keep a record of it for as long as is needed to deal with it.
Technical data and third-party hosts
Like any website, the server that delivers these pages may keep standard technical logs, such as your IP address, the time of the request and the page requested. These are used to keep the site secure and working.
To display the pages, your browser also loads fonts from Google Fonts and the Bootstrap stylesheet and script from the jsDelivr content delivery network. When it does, those providers receive your IP address and basic browser details, and they handle that data under their own policies.
Links to Survey Junkie
The article contains links to Survey Junkie's own website. Each link carries campaign codes in its address so that the visit can be attributed to this article. The codes do not contain personal information from us. Once you arrive on Survey Junkie's site, anything you enter there is collected and used by Survey Junkie under its own privacy policy, and not by us.
Why we may process data
Where we process personal data, we rely on our legitimate interest in running a secure, working publication and in answering correspondence sent to us.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you may ask us for access to personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or erase it, restrict or object to its use, or provide it in a portable form. To make a request, write to us at the address above. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK's data protection regulator.
Changes
We will update this notice if our practices change, and the date at the top will show the latest version. See also our Cookies page.
